Shipping Information and Policies
1. Shipping Carriers and Fees
- Carriers: Japan Post, Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport.

Shipping Fees:
- ¥1,000 (including tax).
- ¥1,500 (including tax) for Hokkaido and Okinawa.
- Free shipping for orders totaling ¥10,000 (including tax) or more. For Hokkaido and Okinawa, shipping is ¥500 (including tax).
Note: If separate orders are placed but shipped on the same day, they may be combined into one package. Refunds or adjustments to shipping fees will not be provided due to system limitations.
2. Delivery Details

Regular Products (Imported from Overseas)
- Orders are typically delivered within 10 to 40 days after placement (or payment confirmation for convenience store or bank transfer payments).
- On average, shipping occurs within 15 days.
- For shipments to the United States or Europe, an additional 10 to 15 days may be required.

Pre-Order Products (Imported from Overseas)
- Delivery estimates are noted on individual product pages.
- If ordered together with regular products, all items will be shipped together once available.

In-Stock Products (Shipped from Overseas Warehouse)
- Orders are shipped within 3 business days after placement (or payment confirmation for convenience store or bank transfer payments).
- If ordered with regular or pre-order products, they will be shipped separately.
Additional Information
- Regular and pre-order products are transported to Japan via international shipping and delivered by Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post after customs clearance.
- Delays may occur due to manufacturer circumstances or global conditions. Notifications will be provided in such cases.
3. International Shipping Fees
- Taiwan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong: ¥4,000
- Other parts of Asia: ¥5,000
- United States (including territories like Guam), Oceania, Canada, Mexico, Middle East, Europe: ¥7,000
Delivery times:
- Regular products: Delivered within 7 to 40 days after order placement.
- For shipments to the United States or Europe, an additional 10 days may be required.
Unless specified otherwise, items are classified as "regular products." "In-stock products" refer to items labeled "In Stock" under the "Delivery Time" tab.
4. Delivery Address Requirements
- Provide the address in English or Japanese for international shipping.
- Shipping cannot be processed in other languages.
5. Unclaimed or Undeliverable Orders

Returned Orders
- Items returned due to prolonged absence or unclaimed delivery will not be re-shipped.

Fees for Undeliverable Items
- For unclaimed items, the following fees will be billed:

(¥1,980 or 6% of the refund amount, whichever is higher).

Repeated Cases
- Repeated returns due to "prolonged absence," "unknown address," or "refusal to accept" may result in restrictions on future use of our services. Please ensure receipt of your orders.

Delivery Company Storage Period
- Packages are stored by the delivery company for one week from the shipping date.

Missed Deliveries
- If unavailable during delivery, the delivery company will leave a notification. Please contact them directly within the designated period to adjust the delivery schedule.
