Return and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations and Changes to Orders

Order cancellations or changes are only accepted if we receive your request within 3 hours of placing the order. However, cancellations or changes cannot be made once the order has already been shipped.

In cases where refunds are applicable due to cancellations or changes, any incurred fees, such as bank transfer fees or payment processing fees, will be borne by the customer.

For items sourced from overseas warehouses, cancellations will not be accepted even if shipping delays occur. Please place your order only if you are willing to wait for the product.

Additionally, cancellations or changes for in-stock items are not permitted.
Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.


2. Upon Receiving Your Order

Please check the contents of your package upon receipt. If there are any defects or discrepancies with your order, notify us within 3 days of delivery.

To facilitate smooth processing, please attach images clearly showing the defect when you contact us. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Return procedures must be initiated within 5 days after contacting us.

In such cases, the return shipping costs will be covered by our shop.
If we have the item in stock, we will offer an exchange instead of a refund. Please note this in advance.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  1. When the reason is due to customer preferences, such as incorrect size, a difference in image perception, ordering mistakes, a change of mind, or the product not arriving in time for a desired occasion.
  2. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the product.
  3. If the return procedure is not completed within 5 days after contacting us.
  4. If the tags are removed.
  5. If the item is returned without prior notification.
  6. If the item has been used, even once.
  7. If the item has been damaged by the customer.
  8. If the item falls under the following special conditions.
  9. If we determine upon inspection that the item has been used or is not defective.

Special Conditions Related to Online and Overseas Orders

The following conditions are inherent to online and overseas orders and are not considered defects. Therefore, returns or exchanges will not be accepted:

  • Differences in color between the product photos and the actual item due to monitor or browser settings.
  • A measurement discrepancy of 1–3 cm compared to the listed dimensions.
  • Minor changes to buttons or decorations due to production timing.
  • Buttonholes that are not fully open (customers are required to cut along the stitching).
  • Sewing or finishing details that may not meet the same standards as domestic products.
  • Stiff zippers that are difficult to operate.
  • Packages opened during customs inspections.

3. Refunds

Refunds for the item cost will be processed after the returned product is confirmed to have arrived. Please allow approximately one week for processing. The total amount refunded will include the item price (tax included) and any applicable shipping fees.


4. Refund Methods

  • For payments made via credit card, Amazon Pay, or Google Pay, refunds will be processed through the respective payment service provider.
  • For payments made via convenience store or bank transfer, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

5. Additional Notes

If the customer refuses to accept the delivery, or if the order is returned to us due to prolonged absence, incomplete or incorrect address details, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee that includes the actual shipping costs incurred (both to and from the customer) and an administrative fee as detailed below.

Even if the original order was eligible for free shipping, these charges will still apply.

If the cancellation fee is less than the order amount, the difference will be refunded (less any applicable transfer fees, which will be borne by the customer).
If the cancellation fee exceeds the order amount, the customer will be required to pay the difference via bank transfer (transfer fees to be borne by the customer).

Shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

"Actual shipping costs" may include redirection fees, courier service charges, and other associated costs, typically amounting to approximately ¥5,000.

Additionally, we do not re-ship returned items as a general rule.
